Chicken strips with Parmesan crust


Preparation and cooking time: 20 min
Serves: 4

Ingredients:
1.1 oz breadcrumbs
1.1 oz finely grated Parmesan
1/2 bunch finely-leaved parsley
1 teaspoon dried thyme
Salt and Pepper
4 chicken fillets
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil

  •                                                            Preparation:
  • In a bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with the Parmesan, parsley and thyme
  • season with salt and pepper
  • cut fillets into strips about 1/2" thick
  • Beat eggs into bowl and beat them
  • Turn chicken strips into egg mixture then Parmesan mixture
  • Coat them well
  • Heat oil in pan and fry well until crispy
  • Serve!
