Strawbeey Lemonade Vodka Slushie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup water + 2 cups water
3 cups fresh strawberries, hulls removed
3/4 cup fresh-squeezed lemon juice (from 6-8 large lemons)
3/4 cup vodka
1/3 cup Cointreau liqueur
Additional strawberries and lemon slices for garnish, if desired

Directions: 
- Add sugar and 1 cup water to small saucepan over medium-high heat. 
- Bring to boil, stirring occasionally, until sugar has dissolved. 
- Remove from heat and add remaining 2 cups water. 
- Add to pitcher in blender along with strawberries, lemon juice, vodka, and Cointreau. 
- Puree until completely smooth.
- Pour into large freezer-safe container and seal with lid or plastic wrap.
- Carefully transfer to freezer. Freeze until solid, 4-6 hours.
- Remove from freezer. 
- Scrape with fork to loosen ice; stir with a spoon to mix ice and the rest of the ingredients back together if necessary. 
- Spoon into glasses, decorate the glass with a strawberry and a lemon slice if desired, and serve with a straw and a spoon.

Tropical Blueberry Smoothie
INGREDIENTS:
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup chopped pineapple
1 1/2 cups frozen blueberries
1 orange, (seeded, cut into quarters)
1/2–3/4 cup water

Directions:
 - Throw it all into blender
 - Blend until smoothe
 - Pour into glass and enjoy!

Apple Mojito
Ingredients:
3 ounces club soda
1/2 ounce lime juice
10 mint leaves muddled with 1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 1/2 ounces light rum (your choice of brands)
2 1/2 ounces apple juice reduction

Instructions:
 - Make juice reduction by simmering 1 1/2 cups of apple juice in a small saucepan until it has reduced to 1/2 cup. 
 - Set aside to cool.
 - Muddle mint with sugar in the bottom of a double highball glass.
 - Add juice reduction, rum, and lime juice. 
 - Stir. Add ice.
 - Add club soda and stir gently. 
 - Garnish with apple peel, fresh mint, and a lime wedge.

 Coffee Coolatta
Ingredients:
1 1/4 cup strong coffee (your choice coffees)
1 cup milk
5 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
1 tbsp hazelnut syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 cups of ice

Directions:
- Brew coffee double the strength you normally do, 
- chill until cold
- Combine cold coffee, milk, sugar, chocolate syrup, hazelnut syrup, vanilla and almond extract in a blender, blend until combined
- Add ice, blend until smooth
- Serve and enjoy

 Jamocha Shake
 Ingredients:
1 cup cold coffee
1 cup low-fat milk
3 tbsp Sugar
3 cups Vanilla Ice Cream
3 tbsp chocolate syrup

Directions:
- Combine coffee, milk, sugar and blend in blender for 15 seconds
-  Add ice cream, chocolate syrup and blend until creamy
Makes 2 16-ounce drinks

Twisted Lemonade
 Ingredients:
1 1/4 oz Citrus Vodka
3/4 oz Triple Sec
3 oz Sweet and Sour
Lemon Wedge

Directions:
- Fill 14oz glass with ice
-  Pour in vodka and triple sec
- Top with sweet and sour
- Lemon Wedge

Blood Orange Margarita
Ingredients:
1 oz. blanco/white tequila (or your choice of brands)
1/2 oz. Grand Marnier (again your choice of brands)
6 oz. Aranciata Rossa San Pellegrino (Blood Orange)
juice of 1 lime wedge
ice

Instructions:
 - Fill 8 ounce glass with ice. 
 - Pour in tequila, Grand Marnier, San Pellegrino, and the lime juice. 
 - Stir to combine and garnish with an orange wheel.

                        Authentic Irish Coffee

Prep time 5 mins,  Cook time 3 mins,  Total time 10 mins

Authentic Irish Coffee made with whiskey, coffee, and heavy cream.
Serves: 1 Serving
Ingredients:
hot water
6-ounces brewed black coffee
2 teaspoons sugar, or to taste
2 tablespoons Irish Whiskey
2 tablespoons heavy cream
optional - a sprinkle of cinnamon on top

Instructions:
 - Fill cup with hot water and let stand 2 to 3 minutes.
 - Empty water and add brewed coffee, stir in sugar.
 - Stir in whiskey.
 - Place heavy cream in bowl, whisk until frothy. You can also use electric mixer.
 - Hold a spoon upside down over the mug and slowly pour the cream over the spoon, allowing the cream to float on top of the coffee.
 - Serve.

                           Sparkling Punch
Ingredients:
 3 cups water
 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
 3/4 cup lemonade concentrate, thawed
 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
 1/2 cup sugar

 1-1/2 liters lemon-lime soda, chilled
 For holiday occassions you could add your favorite spirits

Directions:
In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients; mix until sugar is dissolved. Chill for 1-2 hours. Just before serving, stir in soda. Yield: 24 servings (3 quarts).

Moscato Strawberry Lemonade
Ingredients:
1 Bottle pink Moscato
6 Cups Lemonade (pink of course)
1/4 cup strawbeeery Vodka (your choice of brands, or you can leave it out for younger drinkers.)
Frozen strawbeery slices (cut slantwise)
Leon slices (wedges)

Instructions:
 - Mix in large pitcher.
 - Serve and enjoy!

                             Flat Tummy Water
Ingredients:
6 cups water
1 Tablespoon grated ginger
1 cucumber (sliced)
1 lemon (sliced)
1/3 cup mint leaves

Instructions:
Let mixture infuse overnight, covered in refrigerator, and drink all the next day.
