I know exactly what it's like to have someone you love not be able to eat what they want. And if they happen to eat something with gluten in it, (when they aren't supposed to have it) they experience cramps, upset stomachs, irregular bowel movements, and a constant irritability even they don't have any idea from where it comes.

Oh, yes, I know. And the sad part, most everyone who suffers from this kind of affliction is in the older generation. That is; getting older often means having to change your lifestyle along with your eating habits. But there is hope and help. And many, and I mean many, recipes made with gluten free ingredients are very good and very healthy for you.

And don't worry about not being able to have a sweet tooth. Many of the recipes for gluten free meals will also include gluten free desserts. Yep, you can now 'have your cake and eat it to'.

So give them to me. Let me be the one to share this with the world.

This site contains non-gluten free recipes and also recipes your mom or grandmother used to make for you during Sunday dinners. I would love to hear from you and share your own recipes from years gone by.

If you can, send a photo of dish, no matter what it is (breads, main dish, desserts, drinks, etc.) ingredients, and instructions on how to put it all together, plus bake times and how many servings it will provide.
